Calibri Calendar Assistant

Terms of service

Effective date: 2 October 2026

These terms apply to the authorized user's access to Calibri, a private Telegram assistant operated by shermantan.xyz.

Purpose and availability

Calibri helps its authorized user view, search, and manage events in the user's Google Calendar through Telegram. It is a private, single-user tool and is not currently offered as a general public service. Access may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

User responsibility

Calibri presents a preview before it creates, reschedules, recolours, or deletes an event. The user is responsible for reviewing the event details and confirming that the proposed change is correct before approving it.

Reliability and interpretation

Calibri is provided on an “as available” basis. Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Natural-language requests may be incomplete, ambiguous, or interpreted incorrectly, and calendar or third-party services may experience errors or delays. The user should verify important calendar information directly in Google Calendar.

Stopping use

The user may stop using Calibri at any time and may revoke its Google access from the Google Account third-party connections page. The user may also contact shermantan.xyz to request deletion of locally held credentials and limited task state.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, shermantan.xyz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use Calibri, including loss caused by an incorrect interpretation, missed event, service interruption, or third-party service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
